Overview

As we near normal again, we want to ensure our customers stay informed about our newest updates and policies. Since our last update, we’ve continued to upgrade our shop services and amenities. From investing in newer and more efficient equipment, to complete renovations of parts of our facilities, we are committed to continuing our modernization process to better serve our customers and their needs.

Interior and Exterior Renovations

Over the last couple of months, renovations of our interior and exterior facilities have continued to take place, with our front desk and bathroom being remodeled, a fresh coat of paint applied throughout the interior of our lobby, new NAPA autocare center signage on our exterior and new led lighting throughout the premises. In addition, with new equipment such as the Cool Tech 34788 and Robin air AC-1234-4 also being brought in to expedite as well as expand our a/c services to also service 1234YF vehicles, you can rest assured your services are being done with only the best equipment. 

Mask Policies

Following the CA reopening timeline, we will be removing our mask requirements in our lobby for those who have been vaccinated. Customers will NOT be required to show any proof of vaccination, however in accordance with CDC guidelines, we ask that individuals who have not been vaccinated continue to wear a face mask inside our lobby until further notice.

CAT-Shield Services

With catalytic converter theft on the rise, we now offer installations of catalytic converter shields on a variety of vehicles from Toyotas to Nissans to stop criminals in their tracks. Not a Prius owner, but still looking to prevent your catalytic converter from being unbolted or sawed off? We got you as well! Don’t hesitate to call us if you’re interested in the installation of a generic CAT-Shield applicable to any model of vehicle.

With ever increasing demand for tire services, we are happy to report we will soon be offering additional tire services outside of rotations, through our OFMann Monty 1625 Tire Changer and Hunter GSP 9200 Wheel Balancer. Stay tuned for more details.
