Transmission fluid replacement
I visited Cecil’s for the first time back in April. I was able to get in really quick. The price was much lower than I had expected which was cool. According to chat gpt it looks like the price was reasonable. Now the price might differ depending on the car idk. Customer service was pleasant, and wait time was fairly quick and reasonable. They offer coffee and hot chocolate and snacks. That’s the Cherry on top for me.

They're the most honest shop in town that I've dealt with . They are very upfront with their pricing and meticulous in recording quotes and everything they did to your car. Did not feel any pressure to do extra things that I didn't ask for. Only wish they would stay open either a little earlier or later in the day.

Great experience with Cecil’s! I used to only take my WRX to the dealership for routine maintenance but after hearing from family and friends about the quality work performed at Cecil’s, I decided to give them a shot. Shane at the front desk was super knowledgeable and friendly and was quick to communicate and relay messages between the part supplier and myself. The price was great, almost half of what the dealership would have charged and the work performed was world class! I’m super happy to have an honest shop in town like Cecil’s. I’ll definitely be taking my car back here.
